Buying an addon, step by step.

Addons attach to your InboxTrace Campaigns license — you add one from your InboxTrace billing account, refresh your license key, and it's live in minutes. Here's the exact path.

  1. Have an active InboxTrace Campaigns license

    Addons extend a license, so an active InboxTrace Campaigns license comes first. Don't have one yet? Pick a plan on the InboxTrace Campaigns pricing page — every plan can carry addons.

  2. Sign in to your InboxTrace billing account

    Head to your InboxTrace billing area and sign in with the account that holds your license.

  3. Open your InboxTrace Campaigns service

    In the billing area, go to your services and open the InboxTrace Campaigns license you want to extend — that's the service your addon will attach to.

  4. Add the addon to your license

    On the service's page you'll find the available addons. Select the one you want, confirm, and it's attached to your license — billed monthly or annually, independent of the license itself.

  5. Refresh your license key in InboxTrace

    Back in InboxTrace Campaigns, go to Settings → Licensing and refresh your license. This re-syncs it with your billing account so the new addon is linked to your installation — this step applies to every addon.

One last step — it depends on the addon

Two kinds of addons, two finishes.

Downloadable addons

  1. Download the addon's zip from your billing account — you'll find it on the same service page where you added the addon.
  2. In InboxTrace Campaigns, open the Add-ons page and upload the zip.
  3. Hit Install — the addon activates against your refreshed license and its settings appear in your dashboard.

Built-in addons

Some addons ship inside InboxTrace Campaigns already. For those there's nothing to download or upload — the moment your refreshed license carries the addon, it's active.
